Rosé Tradition brutDer Ros Tradition ist das zugngliche Gesicht des Hauses: 90% Sptburgunder, 10% Meunier, spontan vergoren und neun Monate ohne Schwefelzusatz im Holz ausgebaut. Anschlieend fast zwei Jahre Hefelager auf der Flasche, die Dosage ist bewusst etwas hher gehalten als bspw. beim Blanc de Blancs, damit die Frucht, die dieser Wein mitbringt, auch ankommen darf. Das ist im besten Sinne ein Schlummer zum Aufreien und Spa haben. Unkompliziert, aber mit Tiefgang.
