Originally the early Minis used a one piece moulded rubber diaphragm, however these are no longer available. The wire diaphragm superseded the rubber version item and can be used for a direct swap for all non reclining seats as it is supplied with the all necessary springs to hold it in place on the frame, however new holes

got it for nursing school at UT Tyler. Love it as it's a great little resource to haul around everywhere which has a significant amount of great information which is needed for my classes and clinicals. Highly recommend it but due note that the 8th edition contains the same information merely a few pages are numbered differently and that older edition was nearly $30 less in price. Just an FYI if looking to save a few bucks...
