Orontium aquaticum (Golden Club)This unusual plant has attractive yellow flower spikes on white stems. It has numerous flowers prior to the leaves growing large ensuring they stand out clearly. Do not remove the pot as damaging the roots will seriously impair the plant's health. After foliage has died back in autumn remove dead leaves from the water. Plant in full sun between 1cm and 30cm deep. Flowering period: May & June Mature height: 20cm to 40cm Growth rate: slow

I almost gave 4 stars but this is a very good devotional. But here's why I didn't. the reasons are very minor, I think. 1) I hesitated to buy this in the first place because I was afraid it would overdo football and other sports examples. So far, (I two months in) it's not too bad; just a little more than I expected and usually they serve as good illustrations; 2) sometimes the selected verses have little to do with the meditation for the day. The selected verses are good ones and the meditations are good ones too. Finally decided to buy because Tony Dungy and I have same birthday.
