Great relaxed fit, very comfortable, good fabric weight AND pockets not designed by morons - actually so easy to store and retrieve wallet and phone unlike Dockers and Izod and other cargo shorts I've purchased in the past. So comfortable and well designed. They're cut a little large for the stated size - but not necessarily a bad thing, and waist has a little bit of stretch. Love them!

I suggest one waist size smaller than you normally wear, (I buy a 30 instead of a 32, because they stretch and would be too sloppy if I purchased my regular size).
