I love matcha for the health benefits! This has the taste that goes along with it. Yes it has sugar in it, but I’m fine with that. I don’t drink it every single day and I also mix with another organic one to cut the sugars in half. I like that it’s barista friendly and this brand doesn’t make my stomach hurt, as some have back in the beginning when I first tried matcha.
