22" neck With good length sleeve relaxed that didn't walk up forearm when arm was bent. For a fitted shirt. 22" neck was true to size but the waist is still quite large. Even with creative folding it was noticeably large waisted. Fabric is high quality and vivid color that should last. Price is Fair and a good value for this shirt.
